As a Front of House Service Crew member at our luxury restaurant in Canggu, you’ll be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and pampered. You’ll handle reservations, seating, and provide impeccable service to ensure our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
• Handle reservations, seating, and manage the front desk efficiently.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or needs promptly.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold the restaurant’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front of house or customer service role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with additional knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Previous experience working in a luxury or high-end restaurant is a significant advantage.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a high standard of service.
