📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage vessel schedules and logistics, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Coordinate with crews and stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth vessel movements.
- Monitor vessel performance and maintenance, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
- Use Navionics and MaxSea to track and manage vessel operations.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff.
- Participate in emergency response planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and company policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in maritime operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Relevant certifications such as STCW Basic Safety Training or equivalent.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.
- Experience with Navionics or similar maritime software.
- Ability to work both in office and field environments.
