📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and organize outbound tours, including domestic and international travel packages.
• Coordinate with local vendors, tour guides, and transportation providers to ensure seamless tour operations.
• Manage travel itineraries, including accommodation, dining, and sightseeing arrangements.
• Monitor and control tour budgets to ensure profitability and adherence to client requirements.
• Communicate with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor tours to meet their expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of tour operations and client feedback for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound tour management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using travel management software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Bali's tourism industry, including popular destinations and local customs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendors and clients effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
