📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address client concerns and issues.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related role.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
