📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensure smooth operations at the cashier point, including processing orders and providing change.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including counting and organizing cash and coins.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good mathematical and computational skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 kg.
