📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services.
  • Manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with any additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel premises.
  • Assist in handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
