Go Town Lestari is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our registered nurses in providing quality patient care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in patient care activities, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.,Prepare and maintain patient records and charts accurately and efficiently.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.,Follow hospital protocols and guidelines for patient care and safety.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.,Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a nurse's aide or similar role.,Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid certification or license as a nurse's aide or equivalent is a plus.
