📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from workshop operations using tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor workshop performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic business decisions and optimize workshop efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Implement data-driven solutions to enhance workshop operations and reduce downtime.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, including management and workshop supervisors.
• Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools and techniques to continuously improve analytical processes.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on workshop operations or business intelligence.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with data mining and predictive analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
