LUNAR Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Deputy Bartender to join our team in Ciputat, Banten. As a Deputy Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Bartender in preparing and serving drinks to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Stock and manage inventory of bar supplies, including alcohol and mixers.,Recommend and suggest new drink recipes to enhance the bar menu.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued.,Assist in training and mentoring new bar staff.,Participate in shift rotations and cover for the Head Bartender when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of various types of alcohol and mixers.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Good knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid ID and work permit if applicable.,Previous experience in a similar role at LUNAR Nusantara is a plus.
