New Glow Unggul is seeking a dedicated Deputy Receptionist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Check guests in and out, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.,Answer inquiries and provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling mail and phone calls.,Assist with front desk operations, including managing reservations and room assignments.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.
