CV Ekspresi Tambang is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Tutor to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Tutor in delivering high-quality education and training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education or related fields, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning, organizing, and conducting educational programs and workshops.,Develop and deliver lesson plans, curriculum materials, and training modules.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students and trainees.,Mentor and guide students and trainees to help them achieve their learning objectives.,Collaborate with the Head Tutor and other team members to ensure the smooth delivery of educational programs.,Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the educational program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tutor or similar role in an educational setting.,Strong knowledge of educational theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in educational training or related fields are a plus.
