📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring profitability and compliance with budgetary targets.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Ensure compliance with hotel regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Utilize PMS and CRM tools to streamline operations and improve guest experiences.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities to build professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or mid-scale hotel setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software, including PMS and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Hotel Management or a similar relevant qualification is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
