📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax and financial reporting requirements.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
