📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia) is a plus.
