📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe working condition and comply with all relevant regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities and expenses.,Implement and monitor fuel-efficient driving practices to minimize costs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and accidents.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in their roles.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate contracts for fleet-related services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the transportation industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
