Fast Link Pratama is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation,Assist in the creation of user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Proficiency in English for writing technical documents,Familiarity with documentation tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
