📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets,Maintain a clean and organized branch environment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally,Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate,Participate in training and development programs for employees,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or branch management role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
