CV Putra Bukit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team in Pluit. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company's business objectives.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and productivity.,Conduct regular HR audits and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
