PT Mahkota Wardhana is looking for a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to develop training content.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of learning management systems.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program development and implementation.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
