📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
