📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounts.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget and financial projections.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Perform audits and reviews of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Manage and train junior accountants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
