As a Senior Finance Technology Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our technology investments, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and delivering measurable business value.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex healthcare technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, vendors, and other key partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Oversee the financial aspects of technology projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial performance.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with the finance and technology teams to integrate financial and technical aspects of projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.,Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.,Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare technology, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on finance and technology projects in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex healthcare technology projects, with a strong emphasis on financial performance and stakeholder management.,Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements is highly desirable.,Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Financial Management (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
