📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the production team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the production team.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that all materials are available when needed.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Must be willing to travel for business purposes.
