📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the QA/QC processes for semiconductor and E&IC projects.,Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.,Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure product quality.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Continuously improve QA/QC processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in the semiconductor or E&IC industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Proficiency in using QA/QC tools and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is required.
