📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales leads through outbound and inbound calls.,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
