📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to minimize costs and maximize value.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services to support operations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and other departments.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
