📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate field operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and route optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate with dispatch team, drivers, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and support to drivers on route management and vehicle maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Manage fuel consumption and cost optimization.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and driver management.
• Knowledge of route optimization software such as Google Maps, Waze, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
