📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collecting cash payments from customers at our retail outlets in Jakarta Barat.
• Assisting in debt recovery efforts to ensure timely payments.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and reports using tools like QuickBooks or similar software.
• Providing excellent customer service to resolve any financial issues or concerns.
• Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor cash flow and financial health.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or finance industry.
• Proven track record in cash collection and debt recovery.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
